SIT 'EM WEEK 5

The following should be avoided this week:

Carson Palmer Qb- Bengals: He has a brutal matchup against the Ravens, coupled with the fact that he is nursing a small injury.


Chad Henne Qb - Dolphins: He basically has no recievers ( can you really count Ted Ginn as a reciever?) , so look for Ronnie 'n Ricky early and often.

Derek Anderson "Qb" - Browns : plain and simple , he sucked this morning...and even more so now that he doesnt have Braylon Edwards anymore , even though he's going against a favourable defense , I still dont think he'll have a big game...maybe a big play or two to Massaqoui , but thats about it.

Matthew Stafford Qb - Lions: Overall , I actually like him ( look below at his throw to Massaqoui) , but NOT this week. Rumor is that Troy Polamalu may play , and even if he doesn't , Blitzburgh is a good defense.He also has'nt practiced this week

JaMarcus Russell Qb - Raiders: It doesn't take an expert to dislike Russell , He's inaccurate and does bad throws...might as well make him a tight end

Marc bulger/Kyle Boller Qb- Rams: Whichever plays...it wont be pretty , not with Donnie Avery dropping anything thrown to him , and no other real wr threat...oh and did I mention they're playing the Minnesota Vikings? Jared Allen must be licking his chops for this one.

Steven Jackson Rb- Rams: read above

Kevin Smith Rb - Lions : He has been dinged up this whole week (but did practice today) , even so....Pittsburgh

Thomas Jones Rb - Jets: It was bad enough when Leon Washington was taking carries...now Shonn Greene has also entered the equation.Not pretty...

Larry Johnson Rb - Chiefs: He's averaging 2.6 yards per carry , and has lost a step ( or two or three). He's no longer a viable option ( unless youre in a 16 team league)

Darren Mcfadden Rb - Raiders : He's out for atleast the next 2 weeks...not that he was doing anything anyay.

Antonio Bryant Wr - Bucs: He's been injured , and was limited in practice.

Roy Williams Wr - Cowboys: See above.

Eddie Royal Wr -Broncos: THIS WILL BE THE WEEK!!...err maybe not
