SIT 'EM WEEK 8

Matt Ryan QB-FALCONS: He's facing a defense that has 13 interceptions in 6 games, so if you have another choice, this may be the week to sit him.

Greg Jennings WR-PACKERS: The Packers have Problems at the O-line, which means Aaron Rodgers doesn't have enough time to air it out to Jennings, and this is especially true against a team like Minnesota, who will be pressuring Rodgers all day. I think he has a similar line to his previous game against the Vikings, which was 3 catches for 31 yards.

Michael Crabtree WR-49ERS: Had a nice debut, and should benefit from Alex Smith becoming the starting qb...but not this week against a fearsome Colts secondary, bolstered by the return of All Pro Bob Sanders.

Roy Williams WR-COWBOYS: Miles Austin didn't just beat opposing secondary's....he also beat Williams out on the depth chart. He only has a combined `12 points in the last 4 weeks, and that trend will continue.

Joseph Addai RB-COLTS: He has been very disappointing, and hasn't gotten over 70 yards in a game the whole year. That probably wont change against the 49er's.

Ryan Grant RB-PACKERS: The Vikings are 10th against the run, but have a very beatable secondary, so the Packers will likely look to pass. The last time these 2 teams met, Grant had only 11 carries for 51 yards. I think he has a better game then that, but if you have a better option, you should sit Grant this week.

There are 6 team's on bye's this week, so you may have to use these guys...just dont expect too much.
