START 'EM WEEK 5

I'm not going to post the obvious ( AP , MJD , Manning ) , but rb2 or flex type guys that could have a good week.

Ben Roethlisberger Qb - Steelers : Playing extremely well , and throwing alot (over 35 passes a game at a completion rate of 73.2) ,and you gotta love the matchup against the Lions .

David Garrard Qb - Jaguars: A good matchup against the Seahawks , so look for Garrard to have another strong game .

Trent Edwards Qb - Bills: If you need a qb for this week , Edwards may be your best plug 'n play for this week , going against the Cleveland Browns .

Brandon Jacobs Rb -Giants: Chances are , Eli DOESN'T play this week , which means the Giants will have to rely on their running game ( against the Raiders , you don't need a lot to win anyway) I doubt the Giants will air it out with David Carr , so look for Jacobs and Bradshaw to both have good games this week.

Clinton Portis Rb - Redskins: Not what he used to be , but should be very serviceable against an atrocious Carolina defense.

Rashard Mendenhall Rb- Steelers: Parker is out with turf toe , which paves the way for RUSH-HARD to...well , live up to his name

Glen Coffee Rb - 49ERS : Frank Gore is still out , so Coffee should have a big workload against the Falcons .

Knowshon Moreno Rb - Broncos : He has been steadily improving with every game , and I think he should have a good game with Buckhalter out this week . The Broncos look to stay undefeated , and Will have to keep Brady off the field .

Jerome Harrison Rb - Browns : Could have a good week against a weak Buffalo defense ,He's a good RB3 or flex play.

Tim Hightower Rb Cardinals : Not a big fan , but love the matchup . Houston is the lousiest run defense in the league , so look for them to exploit it to break out of their funk.

DeSean Jackson Wr - Eagles: He will blow past the overrated Bucs secondary for at least 1 score .The Eagles are coming off a bye and getting Mcnabb back , so he should have a solid week.

Mike Sims- Walker Wr - Jaguars: Garrard needs to throw it to somebody , right?

Santonio Holmes Wr - Steelers: Same reason as Roethlisberger . The Lions have allowed 12 passing TD'S this year , so he should have one or two this week .

Roddy White Wr - Falcons : This one is purely gut feeling... I think he burns the Niners for a big one this week.

Bernard Berrian Wr - Vikings : Should have a similar 6/75 1TD line like last week against the Lions.

Pierre Garcon Wr - Colts : He has been improving every week ( 24 , 48 , 64 , 71 ) , and is quickly becoming one of Manning's biggest weapons , don't believe me? just look at the video's i posed below : Click Here

Mohamed Masssaqoui Wr Browns: MO-MA is a must add in most formats , as Derek Anderson's only viable target .Have a look at this video : Click Here

Patrick Crayton Wr- Cowboys: With Roy Williams likely sidelined this week , Crayton will get more looks as the Cowboy's #1 Receiver .I really think he goes off in this game , to the tune of 120 yards and 1 score .

Thats it for this week , folks. Please email me if you have any questions/comments/suggestions.

  1. Good advice, I also agree about Roddy White, he is due for a breakout game.
